- With feet on the floor, gently shorten the midfoot as if gripping the floor, keep the toes soft, not clawed.
- Dose
- 8 reps · 3s hold

- The arch of your foot engaging
- Common mistake
- Clawing hard with the toes or holding the breath.
- Make it easier
- Do it seated with less effort.
- Avoid this movement if
- Your foot cramps or you have a plantar flare.
