How to do it
Arm forward, elbow soft, palm facing down. Use the other hand to gently ease the fingers toward you until you feel a stretch on top of the forearm.

The top of your forearm
Common mistake
Bouncing into the stretch.
Make it easier
Use less pressure from the other hand.
Avoid this movement if
You have a flare of wrist tendon pain.
