How to do it
Arm forward, elbow soft, palm facing up. Use the other hand to gently ease the fingers toward the floor until you feel a stretch in the forearm.

Common mistake
Locking the elbow hard.
Make it easier
Use less pressure from the other hand.
Avoid this movement if
You have numbness or tingling in the hand, or a recent wrist injury.
