Slide your chin straight back (make a soft double chin). Keep eyes level, don’t tip the nose down.

Tipping the head up or down instead of sliding straight back.
Make it easier
Make the movement smaller, or just think about lengthening the back of your neck.
Avoid this movement if
Any movement of the neck sharply increases pain, dizziness or tingling.
