- How to do it
- Sit or stand tall. Tip one ear toward the same-side shoulder; rest the opposite hand lightly on the head. Don’t pull hard.

- Yanking or twisting the neck.
- Make it easier
- Skip the hand assist and let the head's own weight do the work.
- Avoid this movement if
- You feel sharp pain or tingling into an arm.
