How to do it
Sit tall. Drop one ear toward that shoulder and look slightly down toward the armpit. Keep the opposite shoulder down.

The top of your shoulder letting go
Common mistake
Shrugging the stretching shoulder up.
Make it easier
Skip the hand and simply let the shoulder drop away.
Avoid this movement if
You get a headache or tingling into an arm.
